Returnable items may be returned for refund, in store credit, or exchanged within 14 days after the order has been received.
Any return request that is requested after the fourteen (14) day allowed period is subject to approval or disapproval at the discretion of Ken’s Sports.
Parts must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
All returns require prior authorization from Ken’s Sports, you can contact randyb@kenssports.com or call the store and request for parts.
All returns require an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) which will be provided to you at the initial contact of return request.
All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Non-returnable items include
- All electrical parts
- Windshields
- Decals and Stickers
- Closeout items at the discretion of Ken's Sports
- Any item that has been attempted to be installed
- Any items not in original packaging
