How long will it take to get my parts?

Ken’s Sports works to get you your parts as soon as possible. At the time your order is placed it is processed the same day by Ken’s Sports. If all the ordered parts are in stock the order typically ships within 1-2 days, depending on the time of order placement.

In the instance of parts needing to be special ordered it typically takes 2-5 days for Ken’s to get the ordered parts from the manufactures, times vary for each manufacturer. Certain parts may take longer than anticipated for Ken’s to receive, depending on part availability (see Backorder Guidelines).

As soon as Ken’s has received the parts necessary to complete the order your order will be shipped the same day, at which time a tracking number will be provided via email notification.

 

I ordered Next Day Air/ 3-Day Select why I haven’t I got my parts?

The method of shipping selected is just that, it is the method by which Ken’s will send your parts to you. Despite the fact that you may have selected Next Day Air the order still needs to be processed in the Ken’s system just as all other orders are done.

Please note that in instances of parts needing to be special ordered it can take 2-5 days for Ken’s to receive the parts from the manufacturer, once parts are received in you order will be shipped by the method selected.

Also, in instances where an order does not reach the destination in the timely matter that it was selected to be shipped the issue is between you and the shipping service provider. Many shipping services will allow you to open a case and refund you for your shipment.

 

Where will Ken’s Sports ship to?

It is Ken’s Sports policy that we will only ship to a customer’s verified billing address. This it to protect both the customer and Ken’s Sports from credit card fraud.

In the instances that a customer attempts to place an order to an address that does not match the verified credit card address the order is immediately declined.

Ken's will ship internationally, however payment must be made via wire transfer or PayPal (see Will Ken's ship internationally?)

 

I was informed that it will cost more to ship my order, why?

Ken’s shipping cost are calculated using the weight of the ordered parts, size of the ordered parts, and location of delivery. All weights and dimensions are determined and set by the manufactures, in some instances these settings may be incorrect, in which case you will be contacted by Ken’s Sports support team.

When contacted by Ken’s Sports you will be given a correct shipping price, at which point we can reprocess the payment for the newly determined shipping cost or refund you for your order.

 

Does Ken’s ship internationally?

Orders placed that request shipping outside of the US and Canada will immediately be cancelled and refunded. Per Ken’s company policy the only method of shipment that is accepted from international customers (excluding Canada) is wire transfer, if you wish to place an order and pay via wire transfer please contact mattv@kenssports.com.



Does Ken’s do freight shipments?

Certain items such as snowmobile hoods, atv fenders, side by side doors are more may be deemed “oversized” by UPS, in which case Ken’s will ship freight. If you wish to request a shipping quote of an item needing to be shipped freight please contact mattv@kenssports.com.

 

My shipment was lost, what now?

In the instance of an order being lost in shipment Ken’s Sports will work with the customer and the shipping intermediary to resolve the situation. As orders are insured (see insurance on items shipped) at the time of shipment by Ken’s the customer will not go without a refund or product.

A case to resolve the issue with the shipper will be opened, until the case has been closed by the shipper and the package has been found or insured Ken’s Sports will not take any action to refund or supply new parts to the customer. A typical UPS/Spee Dee Delivery case can take up to 2 weeks.

 

How do I know if a part is in stock?

The best way to determine if an item is in stock is to call Ken’s and ask for parts, clothing, or accessories depending on what the order entails. Or you can email mattv@kenssports.com, please provide part numbers.
